SECURITY & PRIVACY
We capture what is written, not the people in the room. The presenter is rendered transparent and no private photos or recordings are kept.
Sessions are stored only as long as you configure, with automatic deletion and deletion on request for single sessions or whole accounts.
Encryption in transit and at rest, regional hosting, single sign-on and role-based access — plus answers to your security questionnaire.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. EU and UK institutions can choose regional data residency. Retention is configurable per organisation, including automatic session deletion, and viewing links can be time-limited or revoked at any point.
SAML and OIDC single sign-on is available for staff accounts on institutional plans. Access is scoped by role — presenter, admin, viewer — and administrative access to customer content is restricted, logged and reviewed. Each session carries its own link and visibility settings.
